Typed boundary between the core session and any smartcube-web-bluetooth- compatible transport. Widens the stock v4 event/capability types with the optional metadata (serials, cubie state, GoCube extras, diagnostics) that enhanced transports may supply, while ConnectionSatisfiesTransport below keeps the stock connection type checked against this contract at build time.
