Apply a stored plan after explicit authorization and stale-state checks

Usage

stw workspace apply [flags]

Flags

      --authorize          Authorize only the reviewed plan's declared local effects
  -h, --help               help for apply
      --json               Output one versioned workspace result, including operational refusals
      --plan string        Generated immutable plan identity
      --state-dir string   Private store containing the plan and recovery journal
